In his keynote address, Mr. Engler will discuss the important role workforce development plays in bolstering the U.S. economy and the ways in which quality workforce credentials can facilitate matches between job seekers and companies in need of employees. Both Mr. Engler's keynote address and the remarks from Mr. Bhatia and Ms. Saunders will be followed by question and answer sessions.
