LOS ANGELES, Dec. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Minerva Worldwide, Inc. has brought in former NFL quarterback and business executive Marc Wilson to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
"Marc Wilson has consistently demonstrated management expertise in operations, financing, investment, cash flow, acquisitions, budgeting, and strategic planning in successful ventures spanning the two decades since he left the football field behind," asserts Minerva's President, Charlie Culver.
Marc Wilson played quarterback for 10 seasons in the NFL as an Oakland Raider, participating in two Super Bowl championship seasons.
A skilled negotiator and leader, Marc has spent the past 22 years developing real estate with a combined market value of approximately $125 million, and has directly overseen and/or managed more than $100 million dollars of private real estate investments. "Joining Minerva Worldwide feels a lot like playing on a Raiders Super Bowl team," Marc observed. "I'm surrounded by amazing players who are absolutely committed to the goal at hand, who take things seriously, but who enjoy having fun in the process. There's a feeling of excitement in the air that we're about to do something great...and we are."
