Bradley brings wealth of knowledge and experience to leading network analytics company

NEWTON, Mass., Feb. 8, 2012  /PRNewswire/ -- Activate Networks, Inc., the leading network analytics company, has named former Senator Bill Bradley, a Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC, to its board of directors. Bradley is a former member of the U. S. Senate Finance Committee, Olympic Gold medalist, NBA Hall of Fame inductee, and Rhodes Scholar. Massachusetts-based Activate Networks maps networks of customers and employees for enterprises across a range of industry verticals, including healthcare, life science, technology, politics, and professional services.

Bradley represented the state of New Jersey in the U.S. Senate for nearly 20 years, and was also a candidate for the Democratic nomination in the 2000 Presidential election cycle. Since his retirement from the Senate in 1997, he has served in advisory and board roles at JP Morgan and McKinsey & Company. Presently, Bradley is a Managing Director at investment bank Allen & Company, LLC.  In addition to an illustrious career in finance and politics, Bradley is also well-known for his athletics, having won an Olympic Gold medal as member of the 1964 men's basketball team. He played professionally as a member of the NBA's New York Knicks from 1967 to 1977, earning two NBA championship titles. His success on the court culminated in his 1982 induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Bradley graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in American History. From Princeton, he went on to the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. He has authored six books on American politics, culture and economy.
