Four Loko Offers Facebook Fans the Chance to Star in Their Own Scary Movie Trailer
Halloween-Themed Activities and Social Media Initiatives Kick Off Company's Lokoween Efforts
CHICAGO, Sept. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Phusion Projects, the makers of Four Loko, announced today the continuation of its highly successful "Lokoween" marketing initiative including the introduction of the "Lokoween Scary Movie Trailer" on its Four Loko Facebook page, allowing fans to star in their very own scary movie trailer.
The process for Four Loko Facebook fans is straightforward – visit the Four Loko Facebook page (participants must be over 21), click on the "Lokoween Scary Movie Trailer" tab and follow the directions to upload a few photographs. From there, the social media wizards at Four Loko will do the rest, transforming consumer's pictures into a full blown movie trailer they can then share with family and friends.

"In this case, our creative team wanted to take our Lokoween program a step further and do something exciting for our loyal Facebook fans. In addition to the movie trailer program, Phusion has a number of other themed activities in the works for its "Lokoween" program during the month of October. Four Loko will be a sponsor for the Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit on October 25-27 in Asheville, NC featuring Nine Inch Nails, Bassnectar and Pretty Lights as headliners. At the festival, local Asheville artist Adam Strange has developed a unique photo booth backdrop for the #Lokoween costume contest to be held at multiple festival venues.
