Four of Chicago's Influential Female Leaders to Discuss the Use of Power at The Executives' Club Breakfast

CHICAGO, Feb. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Executives' Club of Chicago will host a Women's Leadership Breakfast on February 23 with four influential female leaders in Chicago's business community. The breakfast, titled "The Strategic and Effective Use of Power", will feature Tonise Paul, President & Chief Executive Officer, Energy BBDO; Anne Pramaggiore, President & Chief Operating Officer, ComEd; and Sheli Rosenberg, Of Counsel, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. The women will examine what "power" really means in a corporate environment: different types of power, how to best leverage power based on situational considerations, and various ways to build power. The panelists will also dive into their personal experiences to discuss the different types of power they see at play inside their organizations and ways in which they, or others, have successfully garnished or misappropriated power.
