Frances Bruns, IIDA Joins IA Interior Architects as Managing Director

DALLAS, Oct. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- IA Interior Architects (IA) is pleased to announce that Frances Bruns , IIDA has joined the firm as Managing Director of IA's Dallas office.

Frances comes to IA after eleven years at HKS, Inc., where as Practice Area Leader, Commercial Interior Design Studio, she was responsible for all aspects of studio leadership, project direction, execution, and delivery. In addition, she focused on business development and nurtured strong relationships with clients and brokers, as well as collaboration among HKS offices.

Ms. Bruns has extensive experience working with corporate clients including Nissan, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, JCPenney, USAA, and Frito Lay . Her expertise, honed over sixteen years, encompasses all aspects of interior architecture from visioning and design to branding, workplace strategy, and client management. Her experience includes the realm of professional sports with work on the Raymond James Stadium (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), Dallas Cowboys Stadium, and Lucas Oil Stadium (Indianapolis Colts).

A graduate of Texas A&M University, College of Architecture, Frances has served on the IIDA Dallas/Fort Worth City Center Board, currently serves on the Design Advisory Board of the University of North Texas, and participated in the Junior League of Dallas's fundraising efforts from 2000-2009.
