From its corporate headquarters in Denver, CO, RE/MAX, LLC announced today that franchise sales are up nearly 15% in the first half of 2011, a mark that looks to outpace last year's total franchise sales, which recorded an impressive 30% increase over 2009.

Franchise sales in the United States were up 114% from the same period in 2010, with Florida (+225%) and Northern California (+125%) leading the way. RE/MAX global franchise sales are also up with Brazil out front, experiencing growth of 133% in the first half of 2011.

Add that to two national industry surveys that ranked RE/MAX agent productivity far above all other national franchise agents and it's not difficult to see why over 300 new and converted RE/MAX offices have opened their doors so far in 2011.
