Effective February 1, 2011, Ellen M. Babbitt, Peter G. Land and Scott L. Warner will join Franczek Radelet as partners.

Ms. Babbitt has 30 years of experience as a litigator and appellate advocate and has concentrated, since 1991, upon the representation of educational institutions and medical centers. Mr. Land has been representing universities, colleges, and businesses since he entered private practice in 1995. He has worked on an interim basis in the general counsel's offices of two major universities. Mr. Warner has been representing universities, colleges, and businesses since he entered private practice in 1997. Prior to private practice, he served as Assistant and Associate General Counsel at Northwestern University. All three are members of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), as well as for other associations focusing on higher education legal issues.
