TAMPA, Fla., April 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The project is a quintessential entertainment bar & eatery, boasting an indoor space paired with a large outdoor patio area. This $1.3 million lengthy renovation is developed by The Nocturnal Group and designed by Robert Ibarra from Alfonso Architects.
Franklin Manor: Social Drinkery - Patio - Live Music will offer an abundance of craft beers, along with specialty cocktails designed by local mixologist Rohit Patel, who is renowned for his cocktail programs at Ciro's Speakeasy, Grille 116, and more. Catering to the downtown locals and workforce, Franklin Manor will provide happy hour to evening live music & much more entertainment. With a food concept spearheaded by Saltblock Catering & Hospitality Group, the project will also feature The Carriage House: handhelds & baskets. The menu will boast a modern twist on old school Americana classics, edible by hand or fork. Decades ago, a food shack sat on the same corner on Franklin Street. The nostalgic concept blends old with new, while being mindful of Tampa's unique history.
After a decade of producing notable events and concerts with Nocturnal Live, bringing artists such as Avicii, Nelly, Steve Aoki, & many more, owners Lanfranco Pescante and David Anderson are excited to bring this project to life in the summer of 2016. Coming from humble backgrounds, they've taken a three year hiatus in the events/PR world to raise the capital needed privately and sought out their ideal venue space for the project. It's quite apparent the dynamic duo is back in a big way, determined to enhance Tampa's downtown.
