FREDERICK, Md., March 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Frederick County Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCQB Marketplace: FCBI), the parent company for Frederick County Bank ("FCB" or the "Bank"), announced today a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.07 per share declared on March 24, 2014. This cash dividend is payable on May 9, 2014 to shareholders of record on April 11, 2014.
