(Pink Sheets: FDMF.PK) announced at the close of trading today that it has entered into a major, commercial joint venture agreement with RMT Holding, Inc ("RMT"), a foreign based commodities trading company, that deals primarily in the purchase and sale of oil and gas contracts on a global basis.
