Fres-co System, USA Inc. accepted to Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association

TELFORD, Pa., July 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fres-co System USA, Inc., has been accepted as a member of the Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association, according to the organization's Board of Directors, and Fidan Labbe has been named FIBC & Liner Commercial Manager for the company.

Labbe joined Fres-co in 2013. Since 2002, she has successfully identified, developed and managed accounts in the chemical, food and agricultural markets for a variety of international companies in the FIBC industry. "Fidan's expertise in FIBCs, coupled with Fres-co's long history of delivering industry-leading, customer-focused flexible packaging innovations and solutions, makes this product offering a very exciting enhancement for our customers," said Terry Baker, Fres-co's VP of Sales & Marketing.

Founded in 1983, the Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (FIBCA) provides information to members on regulations for international shipments of product. The organization's mission is to motivate customers to use FIBCs to maximize their profitability, safety, and sustainability, and to educate members about regulations and standards surrounding the uses of their products. The FIBCA is also a voice for the FIBC industry with regulatory agencies around the world.
