LONDON, Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Based on its recent analysis of the medium and heavy-duty telematics market, Frost & Sullivan recognises Daimler FleetBoard GmbH with the 2012 European Growth Leadership Award.

Currently, FleetBoard is the undisputed market leader in Europe in the field of medium commercial vehicle (MCV) and heavy-duty commercial vehicle (HCV) telematics. With its new strategy of offering fleet management system (FMS) as a standard line-fitment and its commitment to penetrate the light commercial vehicle (LCV) market, FleetBoard is set to reinforce its leadership credentials.

More premium partners will be continuously certified, but apart from that all Mercedes-Benz workshops are able to cover basic services. Except external partnerships, Daimler's internal partners have also helped in developing most of the current special features for its trucks.
