The FUSION 16 Program Committee is seeking speakers for the following:

  • One-, two-, and three-day pre-conference workshops: Conducted by today's leading practitioners with real-world experience, these industry-leading courses range from one to three days and cover everything from KCS to problem management to workshops about ITSM maturity (Presentations: October 30-November 1, 2016).
  • One-hour core conference sessions: The eighty learning sessions provide the foundation of the conference and educate attendees on fundamental concepts behind service management and how to apply the concepts to improve the customer's experience with IT (Presentations: November 1-4, 2016).

Learning Tracks for 2016: As systems, technologies, and methodologies continue to evolve and become more complex, FUSION 16 seeks skilled industry thought-leaders with engaging presentations tailored to any of the following core subject areas: DevOps and Agile; The Futurist; The Generalist; Improving Service Management; People, Culture and Value; Security, Risk and Vulnerability; The Specialist; and The Strategist.
