Fusion Brands America Inc. Appoints Gregory Black as President
Product Development and Continued Growth will be Top Priorities for the Company
NEW YORK, Oct. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fusion Brands America Inc., a boutique luxury beauty firm with multi-national distribution of its two distinct brands -- CLEAN Fragrances and Fusion Beauty -- announced the appointment of Gregory Black as the company's President. Black will be responsible for all aspects of the company's domestic and global operations including supervising a network of more than 30 international distributors.

Since Black joined Fusion Brands America Inc. in 2011, he has helped double the company's sales returning it to profitability in the first 12 months. He has revised each brands' positioning and marketing strategies and reconfigured the supply chain by partnering with best in class suppliers. Under his leadership the company has already expanded its global distribution into more than ten new countries spanning Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
As the company's new President, Black will focus on growing CLEAN and Fusion Beauty by leveraging each of their core equities and unique positioning into new, relevant product categories. And, to continue the company's double-digit growth, Black plans to re-establish the United States as a key market not only by expanding brick and mortar presence but also by returning the brands to television shopping, placing a stronger focus on ecommerce.
Previously, Black spent more than 18 years building global beauty brands. He had classic brand management training early in his career at Revlon followed by several years of marketing Coty Beauty's traditional fragrances. After Coty, Black was a founding executive team member of the U.S. mass-market subsidiary for the Puig Group.
