Fusion Mars Launches 3-in-1 Cutlery Set, Fusing Chinese and Western Design Together

HONG KONG, Aug. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Fusion Mars, a Hong Kong based design studio specializing in the fusion of concepts, is launching Locklery – a unique premium cutlery set, that also serves as a decorative item and puzzle game. Apart from featuring top quality knives, spoons, and forks, the cutlery set will also make a beautiful decorative addition to any home, while the puzzle construction is based on the ancient Chinese intellectual Kongming Lock game.

Locklery comes as a six-piece set of two knives, two spoons and two forks, all made of high-quality stainless steel and FDA grade materials, designed in an elegant shape. Locklery is also eco-friendly, using sustainable polymers like Polypropylene (PP) and Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR), making it a responsible choice for the environmentally conscious design lover.

Apart from the premium functional cutlery, Locklery is a unique decoration piece that shows good taste when displayed at home, and the Kongming Lock design provides an intellectual puzzle that can be enjoyed by all ages. The puzzle construction is thought to have been developed by the ancient Chinese carpenter Lu Ban. The concave and convex parts inside fit perfectly, and the puzzle is easy to take apart and difficult to reassemble – it may look simple, but contains lots of mysteries. Kongming, a famous strategist in Three Kingdoms, later made a variety of the intellectual lock, that then became known as the Kongming Lock.
