G2 Crowd publishes Spring 2015 rankings of the best e-signature tools, based on user reviews

CHICAGO, April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The updated Grid(SM) report for e-signature tools, published today by business software review site G2 Crowd, ranks seven products to help purchasers in their selections.

The Spring 2015 report is based on more than 1,300 reviews written by business professionals.

The Grid(SM), which is created from G2 Crowd's software review platform, factors in customer satisfaction reported by users and vendor market presence determined from social and public data to rank products.

The Spring 2015 report also includes Grids(SM) representing reviewer company size segments: Small Business (50 or fewer employees), Mid-Market (51 to 1,000 employees) and Enterprise (1,001+ employees).

E-signature software is designed to gather signatures without printing or signing a physical document. E-signature software allows companies or individuals to reduce the cycle time to gather signatures as well as reduce costs of gathering and storing signatures on paper.

To qualify as a Leader, a product must receive a high customer satisfaction score and have substantial market presence. DocuSign, Adobe Document Cloud eSign services (formerly Adobe EchoSign), RightSignature and e-SignLive by Silanis were named Leaders. High Performers have high customer satisfaction scores with a smaller market presence than Leaders. Sertifi was the only High Performer named. e-SignLive by Silanis earned the highest overall customer satisfaction score, and the highest customer satisfaction scores for each customer segment.

The Grid(SM) for E-Signature (Small Business) featured RightSignature as the lone Leader, with CudaSign and e-SignLive by Silanis as High Performers.

The Grid(SM) for E-Signature (Mid-Market) featured DocuSign, Adobe Document Cloud and e-SignLive by Silanis as Leaders. There were no High Performers named for this segment.

The Grid(SM) for E-Signature (Enterprise) featured DocuSign, e-SignLive by Silanis and Adobe Document Cloud as Leaders. There were no High Performers named for this segment.

Across all e-signature platforms, reviewers reported the product they use meets their requirements at an average rate of 93%, and on average reviewers said they were 90% likely to recommend the product they use.
