Gannett Board sets date of 2013 annual meeting of shareholders

MCLEAN, Va., Dec. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) said today the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the company's headquarters in McLean, VA, on May 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. ET.

Shareholders of record on March 8, 2013 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
