GasLog Ltd. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

GasLog Ltd. ("GasLog") announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Securities LLC will act as bookrunners for the offering. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. A copy of the preliminary prospectus, when available, may be obtained on the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov or by contacting GasLog at c/o GasLog Monaco S.A.M., Gildo Pastor Center, 7 Rue du Gabian, MC 98000, Monaco.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
