Gateway Engineers to Move into New Robinson Township Headquarters
PITTSBURGH, Dec. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Gateway Engineers, one of Pittsburgh's oldest and fastest growing engineering firms, will move into its new corporate headquarters on December 16.
The 62-year-old civil engineering firm is consolidating two Greentree locations into a 60,000-square-foot facility at the McMichael Road Business Park in Robinson Township and will initially occupy 45,000 square feet in the flex space, leaving room for future growth. The company will maintain its northern office in the City of Butler and its southern office in Southpointe, Cecil Township.
"With a collaborative workspace bringing all of our corporate staff under one roof, the new headquarters is designed to ensure that we continue to meet our clients' objectives now and in the future," said Gateway Engineers Chief Executive Officer Jason Jesso. "Our new facility will help to ensure project success through maximizing efficiencies in collaborative, mobile and technologically-proven design and related tools."
Gateway Engineers has been in a rapid growth period, both in terms of client and staff growth, with more than 450 clients and 150 full-time employees. Over the past five years, the organization has grown by 24 percent in terms of active clients and 17 percent in employment. The company reported more than $30M in revenue and is listed as the 20th largest civil engineering firm in the 2015-16 Pittsburgh Business Times Book of Lists.
