(GCG), will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Law Seminars International (LSI) Litigating Class Actions Conference in Chicago, Illinois .
LSI's Litigating Class Actions two-day conference, to be held Oct. 24 and 25, is designed to inform and discuss developments in class action litigation. Finegan's presentation, Class Action Notice: Rules and Statues Governing Notice-FRCP (b)(3) "Best Practicable," will explore what constitutes a best practicable notice and what practitioners and courts should expect in the new era of online and social media.
