General Motors Re-certifies izmocars for Dealer CRM and Internet Lead Management Systems
izmo iCRM and iLM exceed GM requirements by including Social Media Marketing Integration with Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and LinkedIn
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- izmocars (http://www.izmocars.com), the leading business solutions provider for the automotive industry, today announced that General Motors has approved the company for re-certification as a Certified Lead Management Provider (CLMP).
The GM certification ensures that dealers using izmocars iCRM and iLM systems will be able to adhere to GM's inbound lead response times for receiving and responding to Internet leads, and follow up quickly and efficiently.
"We are delighted to receive the GM Certified Lead Management Provider re-certification," said Tej Soni, president and founder of izmocars. "Both iCRM and iLM go further than the mandatory GM requirements to include Social Media Marketing integration with Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and LinkedIn, as well as owner equity data mining and marketing."
With two-thirds of Americans now visiting sites like Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace, social media marketing is becoming a critical component of dealership marketing. With this in mind, izmocars became the first in the industry to fully integrate social networking into automotive CRM, meaning that GM dealers using iCRM and iLM will be able to identify a customer's footprint on social media sites. Additionally, GM dealers will be able to pinpoint which customers are influencers by running campaigns based on friend counts to each site, as well as using the feature to drive customers to their dealership social media sites.
The GM re-certification was initiated last December for Certified Lead Management Providers (CLMPs), with the objective of increasing the system capabilities and functionality of the Lead Management Systems used by GM dealers. The process included meeting over 100 functionality requirements.
"Our improved desking, F&I, and reporting modules ensure that dealers on iCRM and iLM respond faster to opportunities and run their operations more efficiently than the competition," said Saphura Safavi Long, VP of izmocars CRM division. "Both iCRM and iLM are state-of-the-art SaaS (Software as a Service) systems that enable dealers to manage customers and leads from any web browser, ensuring efficient and profitable dealer marketing and operations, without expensive IT infrastructure."
The re-certification highlights include:
Email notification for all lead types, ensuring that leads are responded to in a timely and efficient manner. No leads will be lost or go unanswered.
Integration with mobile email devices such as iPhone, allowing for 24/7 coverage for all GM leads that are supported by GM OneSource.
Real time lead disposition transitions. Lead response is captured and stopped in real time to ensure timely and efficient customer response and dealer reporting.
Separate lead distribution workflow for each lead category. Dealers get a separate lead distribution workflow for each lead category - Sales, Service, Parts, and Accessories - in a manner that allows them to separate lead types to support different in-dealership processes. This functionality ensures that communications regarding leads are handled efficiently by the appropriate department.
Capability to route leads to multiple authorized users at the dealership. Dealers are able to see which leads will be delivered to whom, and re-route leads during vacations and leaves of absence, through an easy-to-use interface. This interface also displays where the leads go, ensuring transparency in lead status.
Capability to receive GM promotional email templates. Approved Lead Management Systems will be capable of receiving GM promotional email templates. This gives the dealership the ability to utilize GM marketing and promotional templates to their advantage.
Capability to pinpoint customer's social media footprint and market accordingly. Dealers can understand which sites customers are members of, identify 'influencers' - and then run campaigns based on friend counts to drive customers to dealership social media sites.
In addition to GM certification, every OEM that requires certification for use in their dealerships certifies iCRM and iLM.
