"At a time of intense political partisanship, terrorism, cyber-attacks, financial system instability, the ascent of China and climate change poses severe challenges to America. The U.S. needs a new national strategy – as basic as the Cold-War strategy – to bring us forward. The strategy has to begin with renewed attention to U.S. economic growth drivers – infrastructure, housing and energy."
