Each set will include 50 ug of p84 antibody [5E10], which can be used as a nuclear fraction marker, and 50 ug of GAPDH antibody [GT239], which is an excellent cytoplasmic marker.  Both antibodies can also be used as loading controls for whole cell extracts.
