GenSpring's Pete Balderston Joins Private Client Resources Management Team
WILTON, Conn., July 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Private Client Resources (PCR), a leading outsourcing specialist of private wealth reporting and integrated technology, and a major competitor of both Advent Software and Envestnet, announced that Pete Balderston (former Head of Operations and Integration at GenSpring), has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director, where he will lead PCR's Data Service and Client Engagement teams.
Mr. Balderston has more than 20 years of experience in wealth management and private banking services and products, including investment management, risk management, and credit and banking products. He joins the firm from GenSpring Family Offices, where he held the title of Managing Director, Operations and Integration. There he oversaw the selection and integration of technology solutions and the design and build out of the firm's operational processes to impart scale and uniformity across GenSpring's functional areas, including the integration of newly acquired partners. Before joining GenSpring in 2006, Pete held several senior positions at JP Morgan Private Bank from 1996 to 2005, including serving as Managing Director & COO of Credit & Banking Products since 2002. From 1983 to 1996, he held various positions at institutional and multi-family office firms.
