Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Hosts 27th Annual Awards Gala
Eight Local Businesses and Individuals to be Honored
ATLANTA, May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC), one of the largest Hispanic chambers of commerce in the nation and a leader in economic development in Georgia, will host its 27th Annual Awards Gala on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 6 p.m. to midnight at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Through the proceeds of the event, the chamber is able to support thousands of Hispanic businesses in the state of Georgia.
A cocktail reception will kick off the gala where guests will have the opportunity to bid on silent auction items and socialize with other attendees including elected officials, dignitaries, business owners and leaders from Fortune 500 companies and local brick-and-mortar businesses.
This year's gala will also feature keynote speaker Darren Eales, club president of Major League Soccer (MLS) Atlanta, as well as live performances from Venezuela natives Tartara and local Atlanta pop singer Cristina Quinones. Additionally, eight businesses and individuals that have made a lasting impact on the Hispanic business community will be honored at the event.
