Gigamon Hires Ian McEwan as Vice President of Sales for EMEA

MILPITAS, Calif., Sept. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Gigamon^®, a leading provider of Traffic Visibility Networking solutions, today announced that Ian McEwan has joined the company as Vice President of Sales for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa (EMEA). McEwan has over 20 years of executive experience in the industry, having led EMEA sales operations in the region for several high-profile I.T. companies. In his new role at Gigamon, he will be responsible for sales strategy and execution across the whole EMEA region.

McEwan joins Gigamon from FrontRange Solutions, where he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Sales for EMEA. Previously, McEwan was the Vice President of Sales for Northern Europe at Vignette Software, Brand Executive for EMEA at IBM and Director of Sales at BMC Software.
