Chris Ventry comes to Gilt from two industry-leading consulting firms, Alix Partners and Kurt Salmon Associates. Chris also served as COO of two apparel brands, Rogan and Loomstate. A recognized practitioner in the specialty and luxury sectors, Chris began his professional career in the financial services industry at HSBC Holdings plc as an International Officer with stints in the U.K., Russia, Australia, and Hong Kong, before joining the Global Emerging Markets desk to manage HSBC Asset Management's Latin equity investments.
Josh Peskowitz, a leading authority on men's style, comes to Gilt Groupe from Esquire.com, where he most recently served as Style Editor. Josh previously served as fashion editor of Men.Style.com, the former online home of GQ and Details. Prior to that, Josh worked with a number of magazines such as Vibe, Cargo, Stuff, and The Fader.
