JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Axcess Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: GAXC - News; the "Company"), a leading provider of ATM services and DVD self-service kiosks, announced today that the Board of Directors has engaged the investment banking firm of Golding & Company to assist the Company in exploring strategic alternatives with an emphasis on the sale or merger of the Company.
