Membership service tackles dwindling sports participation by improving participant and volunteer experiences through organizational improvement resources.
SEATTLE, July 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Driven by a widespread need to ease the burden on volunteers and coaches, GO! by Nicholson Facilitation & Associates, LLC has launched a membership site delivering practical how-to tactics on running youth sports organizations.
For decades, founder Ruth Nicholson has seen teams, clubs, leagues, and associations focus on coaching and teams, without providing off-field operational training and support. She believes the decline in youth sports participation is partially due to families souring on poorly-run organizations.
