Great American Cookies® multi-unit franchisees, Lawrence "Doc" Cohen and Jerome Mouton, will be the first franchisees operating a Cookie Truck. Cohen and Mouton are excited to debut the truck, which will sell the brand's famous Cookie Cakes amongst other classic Great American Cookies® treats.
