Golden Credit Card Trust announces intent to issue Credit Card Receivables-Backed Notes

TORONTO, Sept. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Golden Credit Card Trust (the "Trust") announced today that it intends to enter into arrangements to issue new Credit Card Receivables-Backed Notes (the "Subordinated Notes"). The Subordinated Notes will provide additional credit enhancement for the outstanding Class A and Class B notes, previously issued by the Trust.
