Golden Seeds invests in ColorModules, a breakthrough visual recommendation engine focused on color matching

NEW YORK, June 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  Golden Seeds leads a $1.3M Series A financing in ColorModules Inc., with an initial close last Friday. ColorModules' premier product Plum Perfect is a visual product recommendation engine that provides instant personal recommendations to shoppers using their photos, whether they are shopping for beauty, fashion or home decor. The capital will fuel development of the company's consumer engagement services for brand and retail partners, as well as its marketing power to expand its global user base.

The inaugural website, PlumPerfect.com, is for the beauty shopper. From just a facial photo, this powerful patent-pending technology analyzes the color of skin, hair, eyes and lips, to make exacting color recommendations for cosmetics.
