Goldfarb Branham Law Firm Opens in Dallas
Firm to provide premier commercial litigation representation
DALLAS, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Dallas attorneys Jeffrey Goldfarb and Charles W. "Trey" Branham III announce the formation of the litigation firm Goldfarb Branham LLP, with offices at Saint Ann Court in Dallas.
The firm handles complex commercial litigation throughout Texas and the nation and represents both public and private companies, as well as select individuals.
"Our goal is to provide nimble, creative, and effective counsel at all stages of litigation," says founding partner Jeffrey Goldfarb. "We are driven to provide world-class representation for our clients."
Mr. Goldfarb was most recently a partner with DLA Piper LLP (US), a major international law firm. Before joining DLA Piper, he was a partner with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, another international law firm. Mr. Goldfarb started his legal career as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Irving L. Goldberg of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, after graduating from Harvard Law School and Brandeis University.
Mr. Branham brings his prior practice of representing businesses and individuals to Goldfarb Branham. His practice began with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld; he later joined Waters & Kraus, LLP and Simon, Eddins & Greenstone, LLP in Dallas. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and Florida State University. Upon graduating law school, he served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Joe Kendall, of the U.S. District Court in Dallas. Mr. Branham also served as a legislative aide to former Senator Strom Thurmond of South Carolina.
