The Easter Sunrise service will begin at 6:30 AM on Sunday, April 16th on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC. Typically, the entire staff and congregation of Capital Church in Vienna, VA work through the night in near freezing temperatures for this annual event. But, not this year, the forecasted low on Saturday night is 62 degrees, 30 degrees warmer than in years past.
