Google Voice and Varitalk Team up to Send a Call From Santa
CHICAGO, Jan. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- This holiday season Varitalk teamed up with Google Voice to produce the enormously popular personalized SendACallFromSanta.com.
SendACallFromSanta was an instant hit, covered nearly immediately by TNW, the Wall Street Journal, The Register, The Independent, and even featured in the "Netted by The Webbys" newsletter, which declared it "the easiest way to get any young ones in your life to absolutely freak out with joy." Additionally, Varitalk's new social sharing feature generated a record number of direct Facebook and Twitter messages, plus more than 25,000 Facebook "Likes" and thousands of Twitter and Google Buzz comments.
