Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. Announces the Completion of a New Financing Agreement
CHEYENNE, Wyo., Nov. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On November 16, 2011 Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: GLUX.OB) entered into a new financing agreement to satisfy debt obligations which matured today. The specifics of the new financing agreement will be disclosed in the Company's 10Q for the period ending September 30, 2011 which the Company intends to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission within the prescribed period under the extension granted under Rule 12b-25 which form the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 15, 2011.
