Greater Hudson Bank, N.A. Declares A Special Dividend Of Five Cents Per Share
FIRST EVER IN COMPANY HISTORY
MIDDLETOWN, N.Y., Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kenneth J. Torsoe, chairman of the board of directors of Greater Hudson Bank, N.A. (the "Bank") (OTCQB: GHDS), announced that on November 15, 2012, for the first time in the Bank's history, the board of directors of the Bank declared a special cash dividend payable to holders of the Bank's common stock of five cents ($0.05) per share. The dividend will be paid on December 21, 2012 to stockholders of record on December 10, 2012.
