Green Earth Technologies Introduces Sustainable Pressure Washer Cleaning Solution
DEBUTS G-CLEAN™ REUSABLE COLLAPSIBLE BAGS AT THE HOME DEPOT
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., April 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Earth Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: GETG), a leading manufacturer and marketer of "green" environmentally safe consumer packaged goods and products, confirmed today the launch of their new sustainable pressure washer cleaning solutions, G-CLEAN™ in sustainable/reusable collapsible bags. The ultimate biodegradable ultra-concentrated detergent will be filled in a lightweight space-saving, free-standing bag that can be placed on the ground or hung on the pressure washer. With just 12 ounces of detergent sealed within a 1-gallon collapsible bag, consumers only have to add water to complete a full gallon of ready-to-use concentrate that will make up to 21 gallons of detergent. This product will be offered in three cleaning solutions; Siding & All Purpose Cleaner, Concrete Cleaner & Degreaser and Mold & Mildew Stain Remover. The recyclable bag can be reused with G-CLEAN's concentrated dissolvable detergent pouches already on the shelves of The Home Depot.
"We're pleased to add this innovative sustainable cleaning solution to our pressure washer line-up," says Lee Sowell, president of TTI Outdoor Power Equipment. "The lightweight bag comes folded, takes up less space on the shelf and weighs much less than the typical gallon bottle in the marketplace today."
All G-CLEAN pressure washer cleaning solutions are made from American-grown plants and trees and the ingredients are currently listed on the EPA CleanGredients list. The new collapsible bags will display the MSDS hazard rating diamond demonstrating all zeros, as well as the NSF and Design for the Environment U.S. EPA seals, which recognize safer chemistry.
"Our introduction of the collapsible bags allows us to offer a complete sustainable solution, offering highly effective cleaning solutions in reusable bags while leveraging our current dissolvable pouches as refills," says Jeffrey Loch, president and CMO of Green Earth Technologies. "All of the components are reusable and recyclable, plus, shipping ultra-concentrated detergent in space savings bags allows us to ship more for less."
The G-CLEAN Pressure Washer Cleaning Solutions in collapsible bags are expected to reach the shelves of The Home Depot in March. The G-CLEAN ultimate biodegradable dissolvable pouches are packed in three packs and currently at retail. Each 1.5 ounce pouch can make a full gallon of ready-to-use concentrate that will make up to 21 gallons of detergent, too, making the pouch ideal for the consumer to refill.
TTI will distribute these products throughout The Home Depot stores in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
