Greensboro's Reedy Fork Project to be sold at Absolute Auction

ROCKINGHAM, N.C., Sept. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- It was announced today that the remaining 742.06+/-Acres of the Reedy Fork Ranch Project will be sold at Absolute Public Auction.  The owners have decided to devote their time and resources to other projects and have ordered the land to be sold regardless of price in tracts, groups of tracts or as a whole.  It is approved for 3,014 residential units and has all major infrastructure in place and is shovel ready.
