Grid Petroleum Corp. Garcia #3 Drilling Update
DENVER, July 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Grid Petroleum Corp. (OTCBB: GRPR): The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that Grid Petroleum has received Notification from Progas Services Inc, the Joint Venture Operator, informing the Company that the Scorpian Number 1 drill rig will be moving onsite this coming week.
The Operator of record for the Garcia #3 well, Kidd Production, has previously deferred all enquiries to Progas Services Inc and Dan Polk regarding the continued delays for the start date of the Garcia #3 well.
The Company has verified the Drill Rigs availability for the Garcia #3 well, conditional upon the finalization of payment by the Joint Venture Operator, Progas Services Inc.
Upon the deposit of the funds required to drill the Garcia #3 well, the drilling rig will move onto the drill site to begin the drilling process.

The Company cautions that the current rain conditions in the area may cause a minor delay, however subject to Progas Services Inc performing under their commitment, the rig will be onsite next week.
The Company will monitor the situation on a daily basis and report any progress in the situation as it develops
