SUNZ Chief Operations Officer Glen J. Distefano said, "It's been an excellent year for growth for SUNZ. SUNZ also announces that, effective January 1, 2015, North American Risk Services (NARS) will be its new Third Party Administrator (TPA). "Under the new TPA relationship, claims adjusters handling claims for Florida and Georgia will be located in the SUNZ offices, allowing management and claims supervisors a much closer working relationship and more control over how claims are handled," said Distefano. "SUNZ Insurance Company will also have enhanced oversight and management of specific vendors working on claims so that SUNZ will be able to use the best vendors in their particular specialty rather than a bundled all-in-one approach," added Distefano.
