GSI Acquires Andrews Consulting Practice from Andrews Group to Create a JD Edwards Industry Powerhouse

ATLANTA and CHESHIRE, Conn., Aug. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- GSI, Inc. (www.GetGSI.com) has acquired the Andrews Consulting practice (www.andrewscg.com) from Andrews Group to bring highly experienced JD Edwards (JDE) application experts, custom software development experts and the popular RapidReconciler® software package to JDE users.

The Andrews Group, doing business as RapidDecision (www.rapiddecision.net), will continue to enhance and expand its RapidDecision® family of data warehouse software products serving the fast-expanding data warehousing and business intelligence business.

Bill Cashman, who was a senior vice president at Andrews Group and general manager of Andrews Consulting, is joining GSI in the newly created position of vice president of products and services. He brings nearly 20 years of JDE experience to this position.
