Guyana Frontier Comments on Recent Trading Activity
VANCOUVER, April 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier", or the "Company") was halted by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada ("IIROC") on the morning of Thursday, April 12, 2012 after unusual trading activity occurred in the common shares of the Company. Guyana Frontier was later informed by IIROC that the unusual activity that led to the trading halt was a result of a trading error. Trades over a price of $0.175 were subsequently amended, and trading in Guyana Frontier resumed later that day.
