Guyana Frontier Reports Appointment of New President & CEO
VANCOUVER, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier", or the "Company") reports that Mr. Evangelos (Gelly) Gnissios has been appointed the new President and Chief Executive Officer for the Company, effective December 31, 2012. Mr. Gnissios is currently the Corporate Secretary for Guyana Frontier and is a member of the Board of Directors. He has served as Chief Financial Officer for Guyana Frontier since July 1, 2012; the Company is actively searching for a replacement Chief Financial Officer.
Guyana Frontier reports that Mr. Warren Stanyer has been terminated as Chief Executive Officer and has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
