Haagen-Dazs® Shops Scooping Up A Treat With Free Cone Day May 12, 2015

MINNEAPOLIS, May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- It's time to mark your calendars because the Haagen-Dazs brand, known for its rich super-premium ice cream, is hosting its annual free cone day celebration on Tuesday, May 12^th, 2015, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.  Visit your local participating Haagen-Dazs Shop during the promotion for a complimentary scoop of decadent ice cream, sorbet or gelato!

As a special treat this year, Haagen-Dazs Shops will feature two new flavors from the new Haagen-Dazs Artisan Collection: Banana Rum Jam and Chocolate Caramelized Oat Ice Cream. These special new flavors are part of an exciting collaboration that highlights the work of local food artisans from across the U.S.  Jessica Quon and Sabrina Valle of Brooklyn's The Jam Stand brought together unexpected flavors that helped create Banana Rum Jam while San Francisco's Claire Keane of Clairessquares used a taste of Irish heritage to inspire what has become Chocolate Caramelized Oat Ice Cream.
