Halozyme Announces Second Quarter 2010 Financial Results Conference Call on August 6, 2010

(Nasdaq: HALO), a biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing products targeting the extracellular matrix, today announced it plans to report second quarter 2010 financial results on Friday, August 6, 2010 before the open of the financial markets. The announcement will be followed by a conference call with the investment community at 8:00 a.m. PDT, (11:00 a.m. EDT) which will be simultaneously broadcast over the Internet. Management will discuss the financial results for the second quarter 2010 and provide a product pipeline update.
