CONCORD, Calif., Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Lisa V. Larrabee will become president and chief executive officer of Harris & Associates effective October 18, 2010, announced Guy Erickson, board director, President, CEO and chair of the succession team, and Carl Harris, founder and Chairman of the Board. Ms. Larrabee will succeed Mr. Erickson, who will retire after 30 years of service at Harris and eight years as president. Both Mr. Erickson and Mr. Harris will continue on the Board of Directors to facilitate the leadership transition.

Ms. Larrabee, selected through an intensive search, has proven her leadership through 21 years of increasing responsibility at Jones & Stokes where she led the multi-office company through cohesive growth to $80 million and 500 employees, serving as vice president and chief operating officer for eight of those years. She has served as Senior Vice President, Environment and Planning Division Leader since the company's acquisition by ICF International in 2008.
