Health Solutions Announces Caroline Worrall Hired as CFO

OWINGS MILLS, Md., June 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Solutions, a leading worksite health and wellness firm based in Owings Mills, Maryland, announced that Caroline Worrall has been hired as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), starting today.  In her role, Ms. Worrall will lead all financial operations and strategy including Human Resources and Administration as a member of the senior leadership team.

Prior to joining Health Solutions, Ms. Worrall spent seven years working with MEDVAL, a consulting company that specializes in Medicare compliance, first as a consultant, then as the CFO and COO. Previously, she held CFO positions at BreakAway, Ltd, a video games developer, and Reactive NanoTechnologies, a high-tech startup. She has over 15 years as a senior executive in small to mid-sized businesses developing technologies and services for both the private and government sectors. In 2004, she was named finalist for the Maryland Entrepreneur of the Year by the Technology Council of Maryland and in 2012 she was named one of Baltimore's Smart COOs by SmartCEO magazine.

Caroline received her Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charter holder. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in computer science, English and mathematics. She is currently on the board of directors for WYPR, the local NPR affiliate, and on the board of directors for the Maryland Steeplechase Association.
