NEW YORK, Dec. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Manifest Inc., the nation's premier independent brand experience agency, today announced that Heather Reynolds has been promoted to associate publisher of Arrive, Amtrak's exclusive on-board magazine, and the Amtrak Media Network. Reynolds currently serves as advertising director, a role she has held since 2009.

In her expanded role, Reynolds will continue to oversee her current sales responsibilities for Arrive and the Amtrak/Acela out-of-home network, while working closely with Carucci to help drive the strategic direction and continued growth of the Amtrak Media Network. She is based in Philadelphia, PA.
Prior to joining Manifest, Reynolds was the home/real estate advertising director at Metro International and sales director at Mongoose Atlantic. She holds a bachelor's degree in mass communication/media studies from the University of Rhode Island.
